Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 2pm Gulf Standard Time on a working day are picked and dispatched the same day from our warehouse in the UAE. Orders placed after 2pm, on Fridays after 12pm, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You get an SMS and email with a live tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us, and the courier calls before delivery so you can pick a window that suits nap time.
Subscription deliveries
WonderJump subscription boxes ship on the same date each cycle, based on the date you first subscribed. You can pause, skip or change the delivery address from your account up to 48 hours before the next dispatch.
If your baby moves into the next WonderJump early, switch stages in your account and the change applies to the next box automatically.
Gift orders
Gift boxes ship with the price removed from the packing slip and your personalised card tucked inside. If you set a delivery date at checkout, we hold the parcel and dispatch it so it lands on the day you chose.
Digital gift cards are emailed to the recipient within a few minutes of payment.
Returns and exchanges
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Tell us through the contact form and we arrange a free pickup anywhere in the UAE, then refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of the parcel reaching us.
For safety reasons, opened teethers, fabric books and personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If anything is faulty, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it at no cost.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; the current cycle's box still ships and future cycles are not charged.
